We've had a nice break but it is going to be a very congested period over the next two months and this is the time when, in the past couple of years, we've blown it.
We've now got to put the screws under teams and try to go clear.
We need to get our bad periods from the past out of our system – starting at Brighton.

Max Gradel looks set to be Leeds boss Simon Grayson's first signing as soon as the transfer window opens in January.
The exciting winger has had his loan spell from Leicester extended to January 2 and hinted strongly that he would like to make the stay permanent beyond that.

Leeds United boss Simon Grayson has revealed he has opened talks with Nigel Pearson about extending Max Gradel's loan spell at Elland Road.
The 21-year-old winger has made a big impression at Leeds after joining them on a one-month loan last month and Grayson is keen to persuade Pearson to let Gradel stay for longer.
